TensorSmith Shipping & Fulfillment Agreement

Effective Immediately Upon Purchase

By placing an order with TensorSmith, you agree to the following terms regarding fulfillment, delivery, and shipping. We’re a small, handcrafted operation — not a mega-distributor — and we do things differently on purpose.

1. Processing Times

Every ring is made and packaged by real humans using real tools. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or viral TikTok surges), processing may take a bit longer — but we’ll always do our best to stay on top of it.

Need something sooner? Email us before ordering and we’ll see what’s possible.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship via USPS unless otherwise noted.

Estimated transit times (after fulfillment):

• U.S. Domestic: 2–6 business days

• International: 2–4 weeks on average (customs delays are common)

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier, weather, customs, or acts of God.

3. Tracking Information

We do not automatically send tracking numbers.

If you’d like tracking details for your order, just email us after purchase and we’ll do our best to provide them. We appreciate your patience.

Once tracking is provided, please allow up to 48 hours for updates to appear.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package is missing:

Check with neighbors, roommates, or building managers

Wait 24 hours (sometimes USPS marks things early)

Contact your local post office

Then contact us — we’ll try to help, but once a package is marked delivered, it’s officially out of our hands

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We pack each order with care — but once it leaves our shop, it’s in the hands of the carrier.

If your order is:

Lost in transit (never arrives): Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date

Stolen after delivery (marked delivered but missing): Unfortunately, we cannot replace items stolen after they reach their destination

Damaged in transit: Contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll make it right

5. International Orders

We proudly serve international customers, but international shipping includes additional responsibilities:

Buyers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import taxes

We cannot control customs inspections or delays

We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or undervalue shipments

Please check your country’s import policies before ordering.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. If the package is returned to us:

We’ll contact you

You’ll be responsible for a re-shipping fee

We’ll gladly re-ship it to a different deliverable address, but we do not issue refunds for incorrectly entered addresses

7. Preorders & Backorders

If a product is marked as preorder or backordered, the estimated shipping window will be listed on the product page.

Placing a preorder means you understand and agree to wait until the noted time frame. You’re always welcome to email us with questions or status updates.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it ships. Once it ships, all sales are final unless covered under our craftsmanship guarantee or return terms.

9. Returns

We do not accept returns for preference-based reasons. These are handcrafted, made-to-order items produced one at a time — not mass-manufactured goods.

However, we will always make things right in cases of:

Wrong item received

Defective product or broken weld

Orders damaged during transit (with proof)

If any of these apply, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if needed. We’ll respond promptly and do our best to resolve the issue.

We’re not Amazon. But we do stand behind what we make.

10. Final Word

We don’t ship in 12 hours. We don’t automate. We don’t outsource. What we do is take pride in every package that leaves our hands.

If something’s off, let us know. We’ll treat you like a human — not a number.

Thank you for supporting what we’re building.

God bless,

— The TensorSmith Team
